CONTAP-566503: cifs:vserver object does not exist for SVMs with CIFS server

Issue

When pulling CIFS server statistics for an SVM, the command will fail:
"Warning: Failed to get statistics for object cifs:vserver: For cifs:vserver object, no instances were found to match the given query."
