Flexgroup utilizing CA Shares may have a loss of locks during volume moves, This includes normal takeover \ giveback \ aggr move activity when utilizing Lock Persistence.
Lock Persistence is introduced in 9.14.1 and later when cloud_optimized bootarg is true. 
If CA Share is to a Flexgroup and this bootarg is not enabled (available 9.15.1 and onwards) bootarg.lmgr.lp.for.fg.enabled, then loss of locks during volume moves can be seen.
