Issue

  • ONTAP only supports paths such as \\filer\<username>
     for Dynamic Home Directories without creating the path in DFS namespace server for each user.
  • It is possible to make a path like \\filer\sharename\<username>
     by creating a folder for each user, but this is a manual process.
