Issue

  • Client I/O operations on the origin volume, including file writes and access operations, can become unresponsive or fail after a FlexCache cache volume is deleted
  • Deletion warns that origin-side cleanup failed  
  • Stale FlexCache configuration remains on the origin  
  • Repeated reconcile / refresh failures continue until cleanup is done
