Issue

When trying to access/delete a file, the following error is returned in EMS:
[?] Tue Apr 14 17:08:08 +0800 [cluster1-01: wafl_exempt17: wafl.access.fenced.file:notice]: The file with inode 1140030 on volume vol1__0018 cannot be accessed because it is fenced by multiple operation.
