CONTAP-335321: NFS access hung when adding an export policy to a qtree

Issue

After the following set of events:

  • client mounts an export
    • client opens a file on the same export
    • export policy is added to a qtree for the first time
    • client mounts the same export once again on a different path
    • client opens the same file as before on the new mount

It is possible that read/write access to one of these two opening for the same file will not proceed and return bad_seqid erorr
