Issue

When doing a drag-and-drop for a file downloaded from the internet to a write-back-enabled FlexCache, the write freezes at 99%, eventually causing File Explorer to crash. A packet trace shows the writes to the main file completing, and then the client tries to create a new ADS for the file, which hangs indefinitely.
