Issue

  • During data migration using either robocopy or Beyond Compare, the software returns the error: ERROR 31 (0x0000001F) Copying NTFS Security to Destination File D:\parent_dir\child_dir_1\child_dir_2\file.ext
  • A device attached to the system is not functioning.
