One node's upgrade status shows as stopped

Issue

During the upgrade from 9.5 to 9.7 the command output is as below:

::*> system node upgrade-revert show 

Node: Node1                                        Status: complete

Status Message: The upgrade is complete.

1100 pre-root applied  No upgrade is required for this phase.
1100 pre-apps   applied  Upgrade successful.
1100 post-apps  applied  Upgrade successful.

Node: Node2                                        Status: stopped

Status Message: The upgrade process stopped due to the restart of the management application or node. The upgrade can be restarted manually by running "system node upgrade-revert upgrade".
