Issue

  • ONTAP upgrade fails during pre-update checks with the following error related to the external key manager
    • External Keymanager  Error             Error: Validation check failed to
      Key Server status                      execute properly. Reason: Internal
                                             error.
                                             Action: Contact technical support for
                                             assistance.
  • From security key-manager external azure check output
    • Status: FAILED
                    Details: Azure Key Vault (AKV) operation "GET" failed.
                             Cryptsoft error: BAD_DATA
                             Cryptsoft status: SUCCESS
                             Cryptsoft reason: SUCCESS
                             Cryptsoft message:
                             HTTP response code: 400
                             HTTP payload: {"error":"unauthorized_client","error_description":"AADSTS700016: Application with identifier 'xxxxxxxx-0xxx-4xx-9xxx-dxxxxxxxxxx5' was not found in the directory '8675309d-xxx0-4xxx-8xxx-axxxxxxxxxx3'.
