Unable to Modify QoS Policy for "Auto" Policy Type

Issue

When attempting to modify the QoS policy for the "auto" policy type to either "best_effort" or "background" using the command volume efficiency policy modify, encountered the following error

::> volume efficiency policy modify -vserver svm1_cluster1 -policy auto  -qos-policy best_effort
Error: command failed: For "auto" policy, modification of attributes is not allowed.
