Latency observed on Application as well as AIQUM when CA is enabled on the share

- Application hosted on an SMB share reports high latency
- The latency breakdown reports high 'Other' latency from monitoring tools like AIQUM.
- All modify metadata ops like Setattr, Open, Close,Rename etc. exhibits high latency.
