Higher latency after volume move

Issue

  • After moving a volume to another node or aggregate, the destination volume latency is higher
  • Transmission throughput has increased
  • Disk latency increased and disks are 100% busy such as in sysstat -x 1 from the node sell
  • Example: Volume moves were started to force volume encryption to finish faster but now latency is higher and transmission speed is lower
