Issue

  • Upgrading from ONTAP version 9.10.1 to 9.14.1 experiences latency only during the upgrade.
  • This can be observed in qos statistics volume latency show as "QoS min" latency.
  • This requires more than 2 nodes and no QoS policies with floors to be set.
  • Workloads will be limited to 100 IOPS.
  • This can be seen in qos statistics volume performance show.
