ONTAP can experience a page fault (supervisor write data, page not present) on VA 0x1f08 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff8f563adf rflags 0x10202 in SK process raidio_thread panic if disk or RAID configuration changes while write I/O is in progress. The panic can interrupt system operation and make data temporarily unavailable.
