CONTAP-604843: X4032B, X4030A or X4154A drives that are power-cycled can become locked if key manager not available

Issue

ONTAP nodes with the following self-encrypting drives (SED) that have power-on lock protection enabled should not be power cycled if the onboard or external key manager is not installed or not currently working in their configuration. 
The exposed drive model strings are:

  • X4032S543015TNVF
  • X4030S543030TNVF
  • X4154S533661TNVF
