Issue

  • When running a firmware update on an ATTO bridge that is singly cabled in a stretch MetroCluster configuration, a warning message is displayed:

Device operation failed on bridge "bridge_A". Some devices can only be accessed through this bridge. Downloading firmware to this bridge might cause multiple device failures. Use the "-skip" parameter to ignore checks and download firmware to the bridge
  • The same warning message appears in fabric-attached MetroCluster configurations when running a firmware update on a bridge that is singly cabled.
