Issue

  • When adding disks to an existing mirrored aggregate using System Manager, an unexpected additional plex (plex0) may be displayed in the RAID layout view
  • Normally, only two plexes (a local and a remote, such as plex1 and plex7) should be shown for a mirrored aggregate.
  • However, the System Manager interface may incorrectly display three plexes (plex0, plex1, and plex7), which can cause confusion for users.
  • This issue is limited to the System Manager GUI display during the disk addition workflow.
  • The underlying aggregate configuration remains correct, and command-line tools and REST API queries to the plex endpoint return the expected plexes.
