Issue

When a disk fails during the label update for a capacity increase, some in-memory size information may not be rolled back after the update is aborted. A later plex failure update can persist this inconsistent information for the surviving plex. If the failed plex is returned to service, the mismatch between plexes can lead to panics during I/O.
