Issue

When a failed disk is recovered using the ONTAP REST API by setting its state to {}present{}, the request can fail with this message:
“Quiet mode is applicable only when forcing the disk to become spare. Use parameter '-spare' with '-quiet'.”
This prevents disk recovery through the REST API in affected configurations. The equivalent ONTAP CLI operation succeeds.
