CONTAP-195770: Recovery from SSD media errors may cause client IO delays

Issue

When an SSD returns many IOs with a media or recovered error status ONTAP may temporarily offline the drive from the RAID group to fix the media errors. As part of this process ONTAP may unnecessarily power cycle the drive which may cause long client IO delays as it takes time for the drive to recover after a power cycle.

Note:2/4/1(0x2 - 0x4 0x1 0x0) is a standard SCSI check condition. It means LOGICAL UNIT IS IN PROCESS OF BECOMING READY
