Issue

Creating SAML certificate fails:

cluster1::*> security saml-sp create -idp-uri "uri" -sp-host host01 -cert-ca "Secure Server CA" -cert-serial XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Error: command failed: duplicate entry

No existing SAML certificate:
cluster1::*> security saml-sp show
