ifgrp port is degraded with Reason: link_flapping, but all member ports/LIFs are up

Issue

  • net port show -fields health-status,health-degraded-reasons says that ifgrp port node1:a0a is has a health-status of degraded with health-degraded-reasons of link_flapping
  • ifgrp show -instance -node node1 -ifgrp a0a says that all member ports are up
  • If a LIF is migrated onto node1:a0a using net int migrate -force true, the LIF functions without problems
