Why is "NetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgement" email received after sending an AutoSupport message

- This is an e-mail that NetApp's ASUP server sends along with a user-triggered ASUP log attached mail due to the related EMS event including the keyword of
test
(case insensitive).
For example:

NOTE: Even though ASUP's parameter -support
(Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support) is set as disable
the following TWO conditions will still trigger NetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgement:
- Manually upload user-triggered ASUP log (with xxx.7z format and
test
keyword contained) to NetApp support site by either AutoSupport Upload or NetApp Authenticated File Upload. - Send user-trigger ASUP with TEST keyword via System Manager GUI.
