Vers is a subsystem code that relates to the ONTAP version release. The following table shows which Vers designations apply to the respective ONTAP versions.
Beginning with ONTAP 9.14.1, there will be an initial Vers at the start of the upgrade for the 9.XX.0 base components, followed by the 9.XX.1 Vers for all of the remaining tasks.
