WAFL inconsistency after takeover on cloud tier

Issue

After a successful takeover/giveback on ONTAP S3 server, performance tier receives WAFL inconsistency messages:
 
[node1: wafl_exempt00: wafl.raid.incons.userdata:error]: WAFL inconsistent: inconsistent user data block at VBN 35185956213653 (vvbn:113855279 fbn:135760 level:0) in public inode (fileid:1227681 snapid:0 file_type:1 disk_flags:0x6 error:120 raid_set:1) in volume vol1@vserver:VS-UUID.
