Issue

After an unplanned shutdown or improper hardware replacement (such as a forced power cycle without graceful shutdown), the following error repeatedly appears in the event log of a node:

Node01   ERROR   vifmgr.startup.merge.err: The Logical Interface Manager (VIFMgr) encountered errors during startup.
