Issue

Error is received after creating new quota rules for specific users:

netapp::> quota show -vserver vs -volume vol
              Vserver Name: vs
               Volume Name: vol
               Quota State: on
               Scan Status: -
          Logging Messages: on
          Logging Interval: 1h
          Sub Quota Status: none
  Last Quota Error Message: skipping new definition for x (type:user target:x qtree:home).
Collection of Quota Errors: skipping new definition for y (type:user target:y qtree:home).
                            skipping new definition for z (type:user target:z qtree:home).
