Unable to delete Restricted aggregate

Issue

  • Re-purposed disks still shows old root aggregate in restricted State.
  • System debug vreport show output of node reports:"Present in VLDB and WAFL
  • node not reachable"
  • Deleting the aggregate fails with the error

cluster::*> storage aggregate remove-stale-record -nodename Node-01 -aggregate aggr0_Node_01_root

Error: command failed: Failed to delete aggregate "aggr0_Node_01_root". Reason: aggregate 'aggr0_Node_01_root' cannot be destroyed because it is restricted. You will need to take it offline
before destroying it.
