Issue

  • Shelf PSU fails, but the alert is triggered at different times, shelf PSU failure alert is delayed by Health Monitor process schm.
    • Alert: HA Group Notification from node-name (SHELF POWER INTERRUPTED) ERROR is triggered at 09:04
    • Alert: HA Group Notification from node-name (Health Monitor process schm: ShelfPSUFailure_Alert[xxxxxx]) is triggered at 9:28
  • Chassis PSU fails, but the alert is triggered at different times, chassis PSU failure alert is delayed by Health Monitor process schm.
    • Alert: HA Group Notification (CHASSIS POWER SUPPLY OFF: PS 1) ERROR is triggered at 15:38
    • Alert: Alert Id = CriticalPSUFruOffAlert , Alerting Resource = FFXW2405095316 raised by monitor chassis is triggered at 15:49
  • system health status show displays the relevant PSU status is delayed almost 30 minutes to changed from ok to degraded.
