Shelf Firmware Update Status Remains Running After Takeover/Giveback in ONTAP Upgrade

Issue

  • After performing a takeover/giveback during an ONTAP update, the shelf firmware update status remains  "running" for node2.

2 entries were displayed.

  • The status does not change even after waiting for an hour.
  • Confirmed in the sysconfig-a log that the IOM firmwarewas completed and is now "0401".
