Issue

  • A newly created vserver (SVM) enters deleting state without a manual request being issued for the deletion of the SVM
  • SVM deletion is logged in AUDIT-M-LOG, but no user or API call can be associated:
    • Tue Oct 22 12:26:21 -0700 [node-04: mgwd: mgmtgwd.jobmgr.jobcomplete.failure:info]: Job "Vserver Delete " [id 1234567] (Delete Vserver test_svm) completed unsuccessfully:  The security multi-admin-verify request (index 2930) is auto-generated and requires approval. (1).
  • No events found in EMS or MGWD logs regarding why the SVM entered the deleting state
