Outage due to no failover targets during node removal

Issue

  • While attempting to remove nodes from the cluster, LIF failover was unsuccessful following reboots.

Sun May 05 17:20:25 -0400 [cluster1: vifmgr: vifmgr.lifdown.noports:alert]: LIF data_LIF (on virtual server 2), IP address 1.1.1.1, currently cannot be hosted on node cluster1-01, port e0c, or any of its failover targets, and is being marked as down.
