Issue

  • Running key-manager setup is failing with an error:

Error: command failed:

One or more self-encrypting drives are assigned an authentication key (AK) other than a default AK. Use the "storage encryption disk show" and "storage
encryption disk show -fips" commands to identify the devices that have authentication keys other than the manufacturer secure ID (MSID, denoted by keyID
'0x0') or a null keyID (denoted by no keyID entry). Consider using the (privilege: advanced) "storage encryption disk sanitize" command or, for drives with
FIPS AKs, the "storage encryption disk revert-to-original-state" command to reset the AKs and wipe data from these drives. For further assistance, contact
       technical support.

  • SED disks were locked with correct AK, but the system complains where adding a new nodes without SED disks.
