Node Mgmt Service Offline Due to VMEM Limit Exceeded

Issue

The management service (mgmt) on node Node03 is offline. Cluster ring output shows the mgmt unit as offline:

...

EMS logs indicate repeated VMEM limit exceeded errors for the mgwd process:

[Node03:mgwd:kern.vm.mmap.return:notice]: mmap(2) by mgwd(pid 3742) for size 32768 failed: VMEM limit exceeded, limit 4294967296, error 12.
[Node03:mgwd:kern.vm.mmap.return:notice]: mmap(2) by mgwd(pid 3742) for size 4096 failed: VMEM limit exceeded, limit 4294967296, error 12.
