Newly added HA pair nodes fail after cluster expansion

Issue

  • New NetApp AFF C60 nodes are added to an existing ONTAP cluster.
  • Existing nodes show SFO as healthy.
  • Newly added AFF C60 HA pairs do not establish HA.
  • storage failover show reports Takeover Possible as false for the newly added AFF C60 nodes.
