Network connectivity loss after IPv6 LIF migrated

Issue

During the migration of a Logical Interface (LIF) from one node to another node on ONTAP 9.12, The network connectivity is lost.  The NFS client can't access the data. This issue is observed specifically during IPv6 LIF migration between nodes. The following error messages were logged:

LIF migrated successfully messages logged in EMS

4/1/2025 09:30:01  node001      NOTICE        Nblade.graceBegin: NFS servergrace state has begun for Vserver "SVM001", LIF ID"1064", LIP IP address "2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::4".
4/1/2025 09:30:01  node001      NOTICE        Nblade.recoveryBegin: NFSserver lock recovery has begun for Vserver "SVM001", LIFID"1064", LIF IP address "2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::4".
4/1/2025 09:30:40  node001      NOTICE        vifmgr.lifsuccessfullymoved:LIF testcore_ipv6_lif04 (on virtual server 3), IP address2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::4, is now hosted on node node001, port e1a-2238.
4/1/2025 09:30:44  node002      NOTICE        vifmgr.lifmoved.byadmin: LIFtestcore_ipv6_lif04 (on virtual server 3), IP address 2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::4,is being moved to node node001, port e1a-2238.
4/1/2025 09:30:44  node002      NOTICE        vifmgr.lifBeingRemoved: LIFtestcore_ipv6_lif04 (on virtual server 3), IP address 2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::4,is being removed from node node002, port e1a-2238

The NFS client lost access and ONTAP reports the IPv6 address is unready. 

4/1/2025 09:30:46 node002  INFORMATIONALnetinet6.input.addr.notReady: ip6_input: packet was sent to an unready address 2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::2->2401:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xx::4.

And ping is no response to the LIF
