Issue

  1. Multiple duplicate IP address alerts resulting in inability to access GUI and CLI via cluster management IP

  2. EMS logs indicate that the LIF with these IP addresses were removed during same time:
    Tue Jan 20 12:28:53 +0530 [node-02: vifmgr: vifmgr.lifmoved.nodedown:notice]: LIF lif_N1 (on virtual server 9), IP address 10.xxx.xx.68, is being moved to node node-03, port a0b-662.
    Tue Jan 20 12:28:53 +0530 [node-02: vifmgr: vifmgr.lifmoved.nodedown:notice]: LIF lif2_N1 (on virtual server 123), IP address 10.xxx.xx.x33, is being moved to node node-03, port a0b-662.
    Tue Jan 20 12:28:53 +0530 [node-02: vifmgr: vifmgr.lifmoved.nodedown:notice]: LIF lif3_N1 (on virtual server 115), IP address 10.xxx.xx.34, is being moved to node node-03, port a0b-662.

  3. No IP address conflicts are noticed
  4. The MAC addresses called out is from a port on another node in the same cluster
