Migrate-root fails as target disk does not have a spare root partition

Issue

Migrate-root command fails with error:

aff220-2n-4::*> system node migrate-root -node aff220-4a -disklist 1.0.1,1.0.3,1.0.5,1.0.7,1.0.9 -raid-type raid_dp

Error: command failed: Disk "1.0.1" does not have a spare root partition. Only
       spare disks or shared disks with a spare root partition can host the
       node root volume.
