Issue

After running MAV rule create command
:> security multi-admin-verify rule create -operation "volume delete" -query "-vserver smv1" -required-approvers 1
 
The rule doesn't show in the output of command
 
:> security multi-admin-verify rule show
 
The request was approved from a valid user
