Inline compression not enabled and error stating zstd compression is not supported

Issue

When implement AFF storage efficiency best practices, the error below is shown when trying to configure compression
 
cluster1::*> volume efficiency config -vserver svm1 -volume vol1 -compression-algorithm zstd -compression true
Error: command failed: Failed to modify efficiency configuration for volume "a2compressiontest" of Vserver "naotvcsocc": ZSTD compression is not supported with inline compression.
