Issue

Unable to download image file only on ONTAP 9.5 from FTP.
 
ontap95::> cluster image package get -url ftp://FTP server IP/97P11_q_image.tgz
Enter username for remote host "FTP server IP": admin
Enter password for remote host "FTP server IP":
Package download failed.
Error: command failed: Failed to download package from ftp://.../97P11_q_image.tgz. Error: Login denied : Access denied: 530
