Issue

  • The following EMS messages are repeatedly reported:

[Node1: vifmgr: vifmgr.port.settings:notice]: Port e8b on node "Node1" is configured with MTU: 1500, speed: , flowcontrol: , duplex: .
[Node1: vifmgr: vifmgr.port.settings:notice]: Port e8b on node "Node1" is configured with MTU: , speed: auto, flowcontrol: undef, duplex: auto.
[Node1: mgwd: mgmtgwd.jobmgr.jobcomplete.failure:info]: Job "Network Recovery Job - 5min" [id 33] (Networking Repair) completed unsuccessfully:  (1)

  • MGWD logs also show:

Failed to update port "<port_name>" on node "<node_name>"
Use the "network port show" command to review its current state, and try the command again.

  • Other BGP network ports in the same environment configured with Flow Control = None did not experience this issue.
