Frequent alerts in Zabbix from autosupportStatus SNMP trap

Issue

  • Zabbix generates alerts intermittently as a result of the following SNMP trap:
autosupportStatus                        snmp.1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.2.7.1.0
  • AutoSupport status in ONTAP is healthy and AutoSupports are reaching customer host and NetApp
  • event notification history does not reveal any AutoSupport notifications at the time the alert is generated in Zabbix
