Intermittent Flexcache disconnects due to communication failures between the intercluster LIFs

Issue

Intermittent disconnection of FlexCache volumes from the origin volume, causing long timeouts when accessing specific folders. Users reported that folders sometimes fail to load or take a long time to open.

The following event is reported in EMS:
[Node-01: mgwd: cpeer.addr.stable.down:error]: Stable address 10.x.x.x of cluster sm-greg, in IPspace Default, cannot be contacted.
[Node-01: UtilFsmThread: flexcache.originDisconnected: EMERGENCY]: FlexCache volume with Name cache__0001 is disconnected from its origin volume.
[Node-01: kernel: csm.sessionFailed: debug]: Cluster interconnect session failed with CSM error CSM_CONNABORTED.
