Issue

Scheduled system configuration backup can fails with an error:
 
configbr.uploadFailed: Configuration backup file /mroot/etc/backups/config/8hour.2021-12-16.02_15_00.7z cannot be uploaded to the destination URL
http://s3test.storage.system.local:1...16.02_15_00.7z. Error: 'HTTP response code said error : The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden'.
