Answer

  • ONTAP allows for both thin-provisioned LUNs and thick-provisioned LUNs to be created on a volume with  fractional-reserve  set to 0%
  • This configuration is not supported, as it will not honor the space reserve guarantee for the thick-provisioned LUNs
