No, ONTAP does not provide a dedicated command or GUI feature to directly report the daily updated data amount (change rate) for an aggregate. 
To estimate the daily data change rate for an aggregate, you can manually record the aggregate’s used space (df -A command) each day and calculate the difference between two consecutive days.
