Issue

  • Autosupport are not being sent to NetApp but configuration is correct
  • autosupport history show indicates autosupports have not been generated or sent
  • Autosupports invoked using 'autosupport invoke' command fail with the error below:
Error: command failed: AutoSupport trigger "callhome.invoke" collection is disabled.
