AutoSupport generation fails after ONTAP upgrade

ONTAP upgraded from 9.1 to ONTAP 9.3 or later

Issue

  • AutoSupports are not generated
  • The notifyd.log file is completely filled with messages similar to the following:
Mon Dec 14 2020 12:49:48 -08:00 [kern_notifyd:info:2405] fromXML: Could not get description for event "pvif_allLinksDown".
